Introducing Kehilla III
Having broken ground in the Fall of 2025, our newest building will create 203 quality apartments adjacent to Côte Saint-Luc providing a lifeline to over 500 people in need in our community in a mix of 75% social housing and 25% affordable housing. Built to the highest standards, this 18-storey residence will transform lives for generations.
